1. When will the USANA India market launch?
We will announce the India launch on May 4, 2023 at Asia Pacific Live Convention. The market will officially open for business in the latter half of 2023 (Q3 or Q4).
2. Should I expect any major differences in USANA India?
As with all markets, there are some differences you should plan for. For USANA India these may include the compensation plan, number of products available, and products made in India.
3. Will the USANA India launch include all states in India?
Yes
4. When will the additional India regions open?
As we monitor the success and growth of existing regions, we will evaluate further expansion decisions. There is no set timeline for USANA to open the remaining regions in India.
5. What USANA products will be available in India?
For the India launch, a great lineup of our best-in-class products will be available. We will keep you updated as these products are announced. Additional products will be added as the market grows and needs are evaluated.
6. Are USANA India product formulas the same as those offered globally?
Most USANA India products have been formulated specifically for the India market. Our commitment to quality remains the same globally.
7. What do you recommend leaders do prior to the official USANA India market opening?
If you have friends, family, and/or contacts in India, it’s a great time to share what you love about USANA with them. 10. Is the India compensation plan the same as other markets?
No. The compensation plan has been modified to be more suitable to the business environment in India.
11. How does the USANA India compensation plan work?
USANA India will utilize a binary compensation plan structure; however it’s unique compared to other USANA markets.
12. When will commissions be paid?
Commissions will be paid weekly.
Order Fulfillment
13. Will USANA ship products to all Indian states?
No. We will only ship to Indian states where we are officially open.
14. When can I start enrolling Associates in India?
You may begin to enroll Associates in India after the official launch in the latter half of 2023 (Q3 or Q4). You will be notified at this time.
15. Where is USANA India located?
USANA’s office will be located in Delhi, India. Will Call pick-up is not available—all product orders will be shipped.
16. Which languages will USANA support in India?
All USANA communications, tools, and content will be in English only. The USANA staff speaks Hindi and other Indian dialects to provide additional support to you and your contacts.

17. Where are USANA India products manufactured?
All available products are made in India and specially formulated for this market.
18. Will U.S. products be available for NFR (Not For Resale) purchase in India?
No. India Associates and customers are not able to purchase NFR products.
Joining as an Associate
19. What is the fee to join USANA India as an Associate?
There is no fee to join in India.
20. What is required to enroll in India?
Standard demographic and contact information is required at the time of enrollment. Associates and Affiliates also need proof of Indian residency and identity.
