Q. How do I earn product credits?
A. For every USANA product purchase you make, you’ll earn 10% of the total product purchase amount back in product credits on your account, not including shipping and taxes. Product credits are not earned on logo merchandise or sales tools.

Q. How will I know if I have available credits?
A. Reminders are displayed in the USANA shopping cart and checkout, as long as you are signed in. USANA also sends email and SMS notification reminders to those who opt in to receive them.

Q. How are credits applied to a purchase?
A. Credits can be applied at checkout. You choose if you’d like to use your product credits at the time of payment. Any credits used are automatically removed from your account. When placing an order through customer service, they can also apply credits toward your purchase.

Q. Do credits expire?
A. Yes. Product credits expire after three months. You’ll be sent a reminder for product credits about to expire to give you every opportunity to use them. Stay consistent with your healthy routine by using your credits regularly and continuing to earn additional product credits for your new orders.

Q. If the credit amount is higher than the order amount, do I lose unused credits?
A. No. Unused credits remain available for future purchases. Credits can be used for up to three months after they are earned.

Q. Are all products available for purchase using USANA product credits?
A. USANA Nutritionals and Active Nutrition products earn product credits. Logo merchandise and sales tools are excluded.

Q. Can I earn product credits for orders in which I’ve applied product credits? 
A. Yes. Product credits are earned on the product cost. Tax, shipping, and any product credits used for that purchase are excluded.

Q. Can product credits be applied toward tax or shipping?
A. No. Product credits cover the cost of products only. They cannot be applied toward taxes or shipping.

Q. Do I lose credits if I return products?
A. Products can be returned under our standard return policy. If a product was purchased using product credits, these credits will be reissued to your account. The initial expiration date for these credits will still apply. Any product credits issued for a product purchase that was subsequently returned will be removed from your account.

Q. Is the USANA Loyalty Programme available to retail customers? 
A. No, the USANA Loyalty Programme is available to Preferred Customers, Affiliates, and Associates.

Q. Do I have to do anything to sign up for the USANA Loyalty Programme? 
A. Preferred Customers, Affiliates, and Associates are automatically enrolled in USANA’s Loyalty Programme. You’ll start earning product credits with your first USANA purchase.

Q. When will my product credits be available to use? 
A. Product credits are generated when your product order is completed and can be used immediately on future orders.

Q. Am I taxed on the initial product order amount, or the amount I pay after the product credits are applied? 
A. Tax is based on the product purchase price before product credits are applied.

Q. For Associates: How do I select the Business Centre my order and subsequent product credits should be applied to?
A. At checkout, look for the section titled Business Centre Placement. Choose your desired Business Centre and the side you want the order placed in, including if you want to place it in your 001 Business Centre: Personal. If you select this option, the order will count toward your commission qualification.

Q. For Associates: Can I use my product credits for my personal product orders each month? 
A. Yes! Product credits can be used for your personal product orders in your 001 Business Centre and count toward your monthly commission qualification. Be sure to select 001 Business Centre and Personal Business Centre placement at checkout.

Q. Will I receive both a refund and voucher reinstatement if vouchers are used on more than one order?
A.  Yes. You’ll receive a cash refund for the amount paid, less the amount of the voucher/s used and, if applicable, a voucher reinstatement. If subsequent orders are returned, cash refunds and/or voucher reinstatements are based on payment.

Example:

  • You place an order on Friday, September 1 for INR 500 and receive a voucher for INR 50.
  • You make a second purchase for INR 30 on September 8 and use the above voucher to pay for this order, leaving you with a voucher value of INR 20.
  • On September 15 you make a INR 300 purchase. You pay using your INR 20 voucher and  INR 280 in cash. This earns you an additional voucher of INR 28.

What happens if you return all (or a portion) of these orders:

  • You return your entire first order totalling INR 500 on September 19 (within the 30-day return policy). You’ll receive a cash refund of INR 450 (total amount paid, less the INR 50 voucher you received and used).
  • If you then return your entire second order on September 25 (within the 30-day return policy), you’ll receive a cash refund of INR 30 because this order was paid in full using your voucher.
  • You return INR 180 of your third order totalling INR 300 on October 4 (within the 30-day return policy). You’ll receive a INR 180 cash refund from your third order and INR 12 cash refund from your first orders voucher (INR 100 cash reimbursement and INR 20 for voucher used). Your INR 28 voucher amount will be lowered to INR 11 (minus the INR 17 earned from the INR 180 cash reimbursement received)

Earning Credits

  • A 10% product credit is earned on personal USANA Nutritionals and Active Nutrition product orders in India.
  • Product credits are not earned for logo merchandise and sales tools purchases.
  • Product credits are based on the total product price, excluding shipping and taxes.
  • Product credits are issued once the order is completed.
  • Product credits expire after three months. Stay consistent with your healthy routine by using your credits regularly and continuing to earn additional product credits on your next orders.
  • Product credits are earned on orders where product credits are used. Credits are based on the product cost, excluding tax, shipping, and any product credits applied.
  • Preferred Customers, Affiliates, and Associates can review product credits available by signing in to USANA Shop and visiting their cart or continuing to checkout.
  • Product credits can be applied to any Business Centre.

Using Product Credits

  • Use 100% of your earned product credits toward your purchase.
  • Product credits are non-transferrable and can only be used on personal orders in India.
  • When using product credits for your order, USANA applies the maximum amount.
  • Any product credits remaining after your purchase will stay on your account until your next order or until they expire.
  • Product credits are applied oldest to newest for all orders.
  • Product credits can be used to purchase USANA products, product promotions, and specials. Logo merchandise and sales tools cannot be purchased with product credits.
  • Credits cannot be used for taxes or shipping.
  • Products purchased with product credits can be returned through our standard return policy.
  • Returned product where credits were applied to the purchase will have the product credits reissued to your account—the initial expiration date for those credits will still apply.
  • Product credits can be applied to any qualifying order and placed in any Business Centre selected at checkout.
  • USANA, at its sole discretion, may disqualify any Preferred Customer, Affiliate, or Associate from participating in the programme, refuse to award credits, and require the return of any credits if the Preferred Customer, Affiliate, or Associate engages in any conduct USANA deems to be improper, unfair, or otherwise adverse to the operation of the programme.
  • USANA reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes at any time.
  • USANA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the programme at any time.
  • By participating, each Preferred Customer, Affiliate, or Associate accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of USANA, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
