Locating the Lot Number and Expiration Date on a Product
Nutritionals: Lot numbers and expiration dates can be located in the following places:
- the bottom of the nutritional bottle
 - on the seal of the HealthPak sachet packets
 - on the back of the box on the MyHealthPak, between the two bar codes
 

Foods: Lot numbers and expiration dates are printed on:
- the back of the gussets
 - under the fold in the wrapper of the bars
- Note: The expiry date format for the Collagen Bars is day/month/year
 
 - on the back of the box for the RESET Kit
 


Rev3 Energy drink: Lot numbers and expiration dates are printed on the bottom of the cans.
Packets: Lot numbers and expiration dates are printed on the back of the Rev3 Energy Surge, Booster C 100, and USANA Probiotic packets and stamped in the seal of the BiOmega Jr. packets.

Celavive: Lot numbers and expiration dates can be located on the bottom of the bottles or in the raised text on the crimp of the tubes.
