USANA accepts PayPal®† payments for orders in the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe (except in the UK.)

As you shop and check out, you’ll notice a yellow PayPal button as a payment option.

PayPal is a service that enables you to pay, send money, and accept payments using data encryption and anti-fraud technology to keep your information secure.

Which USANA markets support PayPal payments?
Currently, the United States, Canada, Europe (except UK), Australia & New Zealand. Watch for additional market announcements on The Hub and from your market’s sales team.

How do I set up a PayPal account?
Visit PayPal.com and tap the “Sign Up” button, or download the app and register there. You can also set up an account when you select PayPal at checkout on USANA.com for the first time.

Is PayPal safe? Why am I being taken to PayPal’s website to register?
With millions of active users, PayPal is one of the most reputable and longstanding companies in the world. When you send a payment through PayPal, the recipient does not receive any of your sensitive financial information. Given PayPal solely and securely stores your information, registration must be completed directly through them.

Will using PayPal incur additional charges or affect my Sales Points/Preferred Pricing?
No. Pricing and Sales Points are unchanged regardless of how you pay for your order.

Can I have commissions deposited into my PayPal account?
Not at this time.

Are returns affected by PayPal?
To initiate a return on an order you paid for using PayPal, please contact Customer Service. Refunds usually take 3–5 business days to complete. There is no additional fee when refunding a PayPal payment.

Who can use PayPal to purchase USANA products?
USANA Brand Partners and customers placing one-time orders and Auto Orders can use PayPal at checkout. Watch for updates on The Hub and from your market’s sales team.

Call-in and out-of-market orders will not be eligible, as PayPal requires the user to authenticate their credentials with each transfer.

Get the Credit You Deserve for Preferred Customer Referrals

Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just getting started, there are a lot of great ways to share what you love about USANA. Get the credit you deserve by referring new customers the right way.

When you refer a potential Preferred Customer (PC), be sure to always use the proper links or channels to guarantee the customers you bring in are assigned to you.

Only use:

  • Share lists (My Product Picks)
  • Share links
  • Personal Website
  • “Follow me” URL

A customer who is not referred correctly might self-enroll and be randomly assigned to someone else. Visit the newly redesigned “Social Sharing” page on The Hub to learn more about properly using referral tools to build your business. We want to make sure you get the credit for your hard work.

Advertising Guidelines and Certification

You know what’s best for your business. And sharing your USANA story in your own, unique way plays a big part in your success. How well you present the products you love impacts your sales—whether in person, on social media, through a website, or even with a paid advertisement.

Now, all U.S. Brand Partners can create their own advertising or training materials, provided these materials meet the requirements outlined in our Terms & Policies. To help you clearly understand these policies and guidelines, we’ve developed a quick and simple certification course.

Below you’ll find some basic guidelines to follow when creating advertisement materials, along with some additional resources to download and share with your team.

Brand Partner-Created Material Policy
USANA’s official policy on Brand Partner-created material and advertisements is as follows:

Brand Partners are allowed to use USANA in their social media username or profile name if the Brand Partner:

  • Includes their name or business name as it is on file with USANA, and;
  • Clearly identifies themselves as an Independent Brand Partner in the profile bio.

If the social media page is for a group, private or public, there must be a single contact person listed in the Bio or profile.

Brand Partners may produce their own advertising or training materials, provided they comply with USANA Terms & Policies including:

  • USANA’s Independent Brand Partner logo must be prominently displayed to clearly state material was created by an Independent Brand Partner. Download this logo from USANA’s back office software on The Hub;
  • Official USANA corporate logos should never be used on personal advertising or training materials;
  • Advertising materials should be professional and tasteful and not reflect poorly upon USANA, including containing any material considered to be, in the Company’s discretion, discourteous, deceptive, misleading, illegal, indecent, unethical, offensive, or immoral;
  • Be truthful in content. Make no deceptive income or lifestyle claims, or therapeutic product claims;
  • Do not imply an employment opportunity;
  • Follow all laws and rules of conduct that apply to advertising and ethical business practices;
  • Does not violate any intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party;
  • Does not imply that such material has been approved, endorsed, produced, or recommended by USANA;
  • Is not sold to other Brand Partners for a profit; and
  • Is only promoted within the Brand Partner’s own upline and team.

To ensure full compliance with USANA’s advertising policy, Brand Partners who wish to create independent advertising material must abide by the Terms & Policies and complete the Advertising Certification, which can be found on The Hub. Completion of the certification authorizes a Brand Partner to produce advertising material. USANA requires the URL of any Brand Partner-created website or blog to be submitted to our ethics and education department prior to the site going live, or as soon as any changes are made to an existing, approved site. Violations may subject a Brand Partner to disciplinary actions. To have personally created advertising materials reviewed by USANA’s ethics and education department, submit it to ethics@usanainc.com. USANA, at its discretion, reserves the right to review and require editing or removal of material.

Upline Leader/Placement Report

The Upline Leader/Placement Report is free and available to all USANA Brand Partners, including those who do not subscribe to Team Manager. It displays the full name, Brand Partner ID, title, and phone number of your direct sponsor, placement, and upline leader.*

There’s a lot to learn when you first start a USANA business. With this report, you can connect with your sponsor or contact your leader for support and guidance whenever you need it.

To access the Upline Leader/Placement Report:

  • Select “My Business” on The Hub
  • Click on “Upline Leader/Placement Report” under the “Business Reports” heading

*The upline leader is the first team member above with a rank of Gold Director, Emerald Director, Ruby Director, Diamond Director, or Star-Diamond Director, with an active status.

USANA requires that the URL of any Brand Partner-created website or blog be submitted to the Ethics & Education department prior to the site going live, or as soon as any changes are made to an existing approved site. With Nutrimeal, you can add a nutritious twist to breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Check out a few of our favorite Nutrimeal recipes below. Just toss the ingredients into a blender and enjoy!

Coconut Breeze
Dreaming of lying in the sand with a tropical drink melting in your hand? Even if you can’t make it all the way to Kokomo, you can still savor this drink when you want to get away from it all.

Ingredients:
1¼ cups water
3 scoops French Vanilla Nutrimeal
½ tsp. coconut extract or coconut milk, to taste
½ cup ice

Grasshopper 
This drink combines the rich flavor of chocolate with the fresh sharpness of mint. Serve it to your friends with pride or sip it solo while you kick back and relax.
