Order History Report in Team Manager

The Order History Report helps you track the order history of your Preferred Customers, Retail Customers, and personally sponsored Brand Partners. It provides the information you need to develop in-depth sales strategies to grow your business stronger, faster.

To access the Order History Report:

  • Select “My Business” on The Hub
  • Click on “Team Manager” under the “Business Reports” heading
  • Click “All Reports”
  • Select “Order History Report”

With this report, you have the power to track a variety of sales data. Let’s say you want to send an email to all of your customers who have ordered USANA CellSentials but have not set it up on Auto Order. Now, you have advanced filters to build reports to identify these customers. With the click of a button, you can send them a personalized email.

Use this tool to stay connected to your customers, upsell new products, and provide follow-up customer service. Because you can customize your report, use it to host incentives, or encourage your team to host their own. Packed into this report are numerous possibilities.

Top 25 Income Earners Award

These individuals are the best of the best in their regions. They’re the top income earners from all USANA commissions and bonuses during the qualifying period. This award honors their diligence, hard-work, and overall success at sharing USANA with the world.

Preferred Customer Welcome Packet

The Customer Welcome Packet is a free gift each new Preferred Customer (PC) you enroll will receive as part of their first USANA order. It’s designed to give your new customers ideas and resources to incorporate healthy habits—like supplementation, exercise, and healthy eating—into their life. It’s your way to show them how much we care about their healthy lifestyle.

The packet includes:

  • A welcome brochure with tips to create healthy habits and build trust in USANA’s products
  • A quick shopping and workout guide
  • A brochure with information on USANA products
  • An insert about USANA Foundation

New Customer Email Campaign
In addition to the Customer Welcome Packet, your new PCs will receive up to four follow-up emails—sent at pivotal times during the start of their journey—to encourage continued engagement with both you and USANA.

Q- I’ve been a USANA Brand Partner for several years and am familiar with USANA Policies & Procedures. Why do I need to complete the USANA Ethics in Action certification?

The USANA Ethics in Action certification is part of a global growth strategy for USANA and our Brand Partners. Re-familiarizing yourself with these topics will empower you to create a story that is aligned with our policies, support your business-building efforts, and help teach new Brand Partners to share their own story.

Q- How much time does it take to complete the USANA Ethics in Action certification?

Most Brand Partners are able to complete the course in about 10-20 minutes.

Q- Where do I access the USANA Ethics in Action certification?

You can access the USANA Ethics in Action certification by logging in to The Hub. Please navigate to Training > Ethics and Education > Ethics Courses.

Q- Will I be required to complete the USANA Ethics in Action certification?

Yes, all U.S.-based USANA Brand Partners will need to complete the USANA Ethics in Action certification as a requirement to participate in the compensation plan and receive commission payments.

Q- Will my business be affected if my team does not complete the USANA Ethics in Action certification?

No, your ability to earn commissions with USANA will not be affected if your downline does not complete the USANA Ethics in Action certification. Their own commissions, however, will be held until they complete the certification. We hope you will work with your team to ensure their participation for their own benefit.

Q- Is the Ethics in Action certification required by the government?

We have not been required by the government or its agencies to institute a mandatory certification, but—as an industry leader and member of the Direct Sales Association—it is important to be ahead of the curve in this regard.

Considering today’s business landscape, it’s a good practice to have better-informed Brand Partners who can confidently craft and share a powerful USANA story with the knowledge they acquire from certification.

Q- Do my team members based in other countries like Mexico and France have to complete the USANA Ethics in Action certification?

As of right now, they do not. This certification is for the U.S., Canada, Philippines, Australia & New Zealand markets. We hope to roll out a similar certification that is appropriate for each country.

Q- Will there be additional certifications like this in the future?

We plan to offer a number of educational opportunities through our learning platform in the near future.

Q- Will the additional certifications be exactly like the USANA Ethics in Action certification?

Probably not, but we hope to deliver content in an easily digestible format that you’ll enjoy using and sharing with your teams.

Q- How often do I have to complete the USANA Ethics in Action certification?

Only once. That’s it! But we hope you refer back to the content found in the USANA Ethics in Action certification often. It is a reminder of our core policies and is a teaching tool for your team.

Recyclable Packaging

The following is a listing of recyclable items where facilities exist. USANA is continuously looking for further green opportunities for those items that are not currently recyclable.

Nutritionals

All of USANA’s nutritional supplement bottles, and lids are recyclable. The inner seals on the bottles and the HealthPak and MyHealthPak film pouches are not recyclable.

Celavive

The bottles used for the Celavive products are recyclable. Products that can be recycled include:

Conditioning Makeup Remover
Perfecting Toner
Protective Day Lotion

Some Celavive packaging is not recyclable due to the airless pump system and/or dropper. Once the dispensing pump and/or dropper is removed and discarded, the following items are recyclable:

Protective Day Cream
Vitalizing Serum
Replenishing Night Gel
Replenishing Night Cream
Radiant Facial Oil

The boxes Celavive products are packaged in is also recyclable.

Sensé

The bottles used for the Sensé products are recyclable; however, the caps and pumps are made out of mixed material and are not recyclable. The Sensé tubes are recyclable.

Food & Energy

The Nutrimeal/Fibergy scoops are recyclable.

Unfortunately, at this time, the foods gusset bags are not recyclable.

Healthy Living

The Oral Probiotic inside blister pack is not recyclable.

Boxes and Packaging

The shipping material in the shipping boxes, as well as the shipping boxes themselves, are recyclable.
