  • Sponsor Matching Bonus: Sponsoring Associates receive extra rewards when their personally enrolled team member rank advances to Director, Bronze, or Silver Director and successfully earns the Booster Bonus.

Qualification Period:
April 12—August 1, 2025 (16 weeks)

Requirement #1: Rank Advance and Maintain
Commission-qualified Associates must share and sell products to rank advance, then maintain the Commission Volume Points (CVP) requirements for an additional, non-consecutive two weeks.

Requirement #2: Generate Product Sales
New Believer to Builder Ranks

  • Generate product sales from four new enrollments (any customer type), each with a minimum purchase of $150.

New Achiever to Silver Director Ranks

  • Generate product sales from four new enrollments:
  • At least two must be new team members with one Business Center activated
  • The remaining can be a mix of Preferred Customers (PCs) or Affiliates, each with a minimum purchase of $150, or additional Associates with at least one Business Center activated.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can a new Associate earn the same bonus multiple times?
A: Each rank bonus can only be earned once.

Q: Can a new Associate earn more than one bonus in the 16-week qualification period?
A: Yes, if the bonus is for a different, higher rank. Qualifying weeks are counted only once, so you must meet the enrollment requirement for the highest bonus you’re aiming to reach.
Example 1:

  • Believer Bonus takes three weeks to earn
  • Achiever Bonus takes three additional specific weeks to earn
  • Director Bonus also takes three additional specific weeks to earn

In total, it takes nine separate qualifying weeks to earn all three bonuses.
When qualifying weeks for multiple rank advancements overlap, you’re paid for the highest rank earned. A bonus is not paid for skipped ranks. To earn the Director Bonus, you also need to meet the enrollment requirements.

Example 2:

  • If Ada rank advances to Believer in Week 2, then rank advances to Achiever in Week 5, and maintains Achiever-level earnings in Week 8, she earns the Believer Bonus of 75 CVP in Week 9.

Example 3:

  • If Ada rank advances to Believer in Week 2, then rank advances to Achiever in Week 5, maintains Achiever-level earnings in Weeks 8 and 10, and enrolls two new Associates and two new PCs during the 16-week qualification period, she earns more. Since Ada has met the requirements for both the Believer Bonus and the Achiever Bonus, she will receive an additional 175 CVP (250 CVP Achiever Bonus – 75 CVP Believer Bonus already paid) according to the payout schedule.

Q: If a new Associate rank advances the week before April 12 at 4:01 p.m., does this count for their three weeks?
A: Yes, a qualifying week at the correct level the week prior to the incentive period counts toward this incentive.

Q: When are bonus payouts made?
A: Every four weeks during the incentive period: May 10, June 7, July 5, August 2

Q: Do the Team Booster Bonus and the Sponsor Matching Bonus count toward Lead & Grow Qualification?
A: Yes.

Q: If a new Associate signs up on week 15, can they earn a bonus?
A: No, you must be enrolledand working by week 14. The last date to start a bonus qualification run is the week of July 12–18, 2025.

Q: Is the $150 or the CVP cumulative? 
A: No. The order amount and the CVP equivalent must be from a single order; it is not cumulative.

Q: Do cross-market sales count for new enrollments? 
A: New enrollments must be from participating markets.

Q: Can I earn the Sponsor Matching Bonus if my teammate is from a different market?
A: Yes. As long as both the Associate and sponsor are from a participating market.

Rules

  1. All participants must reside in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, or New Zealand.
  2. Participating new Associates and their sponsors must be commission qualified and recognition eligible during the qualification period and payout weeks to receive bonuses.
  3. To earn the Team Booster Bonus, Associates must achieve both the rank advancement and enrollment requirements. For rank advancement, maintaining the additional weeks does not have to be consecutive, provided they are within the qualification period. Associates can fulfill the new enrollment requirements at any time during the 16-week qualification period.
  4. To earn the Sponsor Matching Bonus, sponsors must support personally enrolledAssociates to rank advance, maintain, and enroll according to the requirements. No earning cap applies. If the sponsor’s account is cancelled or in a non-participating market, the Sponsor Matching Bonus will not be paid out.
  5. If an Associate qualifies for multiple rank bonuses and the qualifying weeks do not overlap, they must meet the highest rank’s enrollment requirements to receive the bonus. As such, their sponsor will receive multiple Matching Bonuses—one for each new Director, Bronze Director, or Silver Director who successfully earns the Booster Bonus.
  6. If an Associate qualifies for multiple rank bonuses and the qualifying weeks overlap, they must meet the highest rank’s enrollment requirements and will receive the highest rank bonus only. As such, the sponsor will receive the Matching Bonus based on the highest Director, Bronze Director, or Silver Director bonus rank earned by their personally sponsored Associate who successfully earns the Booster Bonus.
  7. The bonus will be paid in CVP on the following 2025 dates: May 10, June 7, July 5, and August 2.
  8. The Team Booster Bonus and Sponsor Matching Bonus only count toward the Lead & Grow trip to Alaska. They do not apply to rank advancement, Executive Title, Vision Summit, Leadership Bonus, Elite Bonus, or Lifetime Matching Bonus.
  9. Any manipulation of this incentive, i.e. sponsorship manipulation, downline purchasing (placing a sales order in a Business Center other than where the sale was generated), etc. will result in disqualification from this incentive, in addition to any sanctions under the Associate Agreement.
  10. Any breach of the Associate Agreement and Terms & Policies will disqualify Associate from participation in addition to any sanctions under the Associate Agreement.
  11. USANA reserves the right to discontinue or modify the incentive at any time during the qualification period if events beyond its control compromise the incentive’s fairness or integrity.
  12. USANA, at its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participating in the incentive, refuse to award gifts, and require the return of any gifts if entrant engages in any conduct USANA deems to be improper, unfair, or otherwise adverse to the operation of the incentive or detrimental to other entrants. Such improper conduct includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information required during the incentive.
  13. USANA reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the incentive.
  14. This incentive may not be used for any form of gambling.
  15. If for any reason the internet portion of this incentive is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond USANA’s control, which corrupt or otherwise affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this incentive, USANA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to discontinue the incentive or modify or suspend the incentive, if possible and as necessary, to correct any issue that prevents the fair, secure, and proper administration of the incentive. USANA also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the incentive in the event of such tampering.  In such event, USANA further reserves the right to award gifts to qualifiers as of the termination date.
  16. USANA assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, or destruction, or  unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or transactions. USANA is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email entry or transaction to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this incentive.
