Qualification Period: August 3–December 6, 2024

Qualify through rank advancement or promotions through your leadership.

1. Rank Advancement

Rank advance to Achiever, Director, Bronze, or Silver, and maintain for an additional week (two weeks in total). This additional week does not have to be consecutive so long as it is within the qualification period. Every week maintained after rank advancement equals a $100 flight credit—no more than $400 in flight credit can be earned.

Associates who rank advance to Gold and above and successfully qualify will receive a $600 airfare voucher.

2. Leadership

Golds and above who promote at least two new Achievers from any personally sponsored Associates will be invited to attend Vision Summit.

Rules

• All participants must reside in the United States or Canada.
• Reward recipients must be commission qualified and recognition eligible.
• Participants need to achieve one of the two qualification criteria to qualify for the reward: Rank Advancement or Leadership.
• The two-night free accommodation reward has no cash value and can only be awarded to those participating in the event. Those who can’t travel to benefit from this reward will not receive a cash value.
• For rank advancement, maintaining the additional week does not have to be consecutive, provided it is within the qualification period.
• This is a business event, so only the main applicant and co-applicant may attend.
• If a prize winner voluntarily or involuntarily terminates his/her distributorship under the terms of the Associate Agreement before the end of the contest, they will forfeit any right to a prize.
• USANA, at its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participating in the incentive, refuse awards, and require the return of any rewards if an entrant breaches the Associate Agreement or Terms & Policies, or engages in any conduct USANA deems to be improper, unfair, or otherwise adverse to the operation of the promotion or detrimental to other entrants. Such improper conduct includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information required during the incentive.
• USANA reserves the right to use names, images, and likenesses of contest winners for printed and online media to market USANA products and promotions.
• By participating in the promotion, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless USANA and its officers, directors, employees, affiliated companies, and agents (collectively the “RELEASE PARTIES”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion; unauthorized human intervention in the promotion; and injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the promotion and any associated events. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the RELEASE PARTIES’ liability shall be limited to the cost of participating in the promotion, and in no event shall the RELEASED PARTIES be liable for attorneys fee, and entrant waives the right to claim any further damages, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
• Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and cause of action out of or connected with the promotion shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Utah, without respect to any conflict of law issues, and entrant agrees that disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and with exclusive jurisdiction in the State of Utah.
