Year-over-year commission points growth is calculated by subtracting your 2024 commission points earned (30 December 2023–27 December 2024) from the growth period (28 December 2024–26 December 2025).

Qualifications
Set your goal now! Qualify for this incentive when you complete one of the options below:

Option 1: Achieve 30,000 CVP growth within two consecutive years of your selected regional qualification periods.
Year 1

  • The base period (31 December 2022–29 December 2023) and
  • The current period (30 December 2023–27 December 2024)

Year 2

  • The base period (30 December 2022–27 December 2024) and
  • The current period (28 December 2024–26 December 2025)

Option 2: Achieve all Executive Diamond Summit qualifications, along with CVP growth during the incentive qualification (19 October 2024–17 October 2025).

Requirements
Distributor must have advanced at least one rank after 1 July 2014 to a Diamond or a Star Diamond Director.
Distributor must not have attended an Executive Diamond Summit at the same rank.
Distributor must have CVP growth during the qualification period.
Distributor must earn rank-level CVP requirement for a period of any consecutive 13 weeks, after rank advancement and within the 52-week annual qualification period:

Executive Diamond Director:                       52,000 total CVP
Executive 1-Star Diamond Director:           65,000 total CVP
Executive 2-Star Diamond Director:           78,000 total CVP
Executive 3-Star Diamond Director:           91,000 total CVP
Executive 4-Star Diamond Director:           104,000 total CVP
Executive 5-Star Diamond Director:           117,000 total CVP
Executive 6-Star Diamond Director:           130,000 total CVP
Executive 7-Star Diamond Director:           143,000 total CVP
Executive 8-Star Diamond Director:           156,000 total CVP
Executive 9-Star Diamond Director:           169,000 total CVP
Executive 10-Star Diamond Director:         182,000 total CVP
Executive 11-Star Diamond Director:         195,000 total CVP
Executive 12-Star Diamond Director:         208,000 total CVP
Executive 13-Star Diamond Director:         221,000 total CVP
Executive 14-Star Diamond Director:         234,000 total CVP
Executive 15-Star Diamond Director:         247,000 total CVP
Executive 16-Star Diamond Director:         260,000 total CVP
Executive 17-Star Diamond Director:         273,000 total CVP
Executive 18-Star Diamond Director:         286,000 total CVP
Executive 19-Star Diamond Director:         299,000 total CVP
Executive 20-Star Diamond Director:         312,000 total CVP

The 13 consecutive weeks start after a new rank is advanced. Therefore, if a Distributor advances to a new Diamond rank and proceeds to qualify for the Summit without a break, the CVP from the four weeks that qualifies him or her for the rank advancement does not count towards the 13-week requirement.

There is no time limit for the achievement of the 13-week rank-level CVP. A Distributor can qualify for the Summit several years after the actual rank advancement, as long as the rank remains at the start of a qualification period.

The 13 consecutive weeks must fall entirely within a qualification period. Therefore, if a Distributor achieves four weeks after the cut-off day, they will not qualify for the Summit even though the entire 13-week CVP met rank-level requirement.

Multiple Rank Advancements Within a Qualifying Period

When a Distributor advances multiple Diamond ranks in a year, the following applies:

  • They can qualify in the current period using the lowest eligible Diamond rank for the period.
  • For example: John attended the EDS in the previous year as an Executive 1-Star Diamond. In the current period, he advances first to 2-Star, then to 3-Star and 4-Star Diamond. He can qualify in the current period by achieving the CVP of a 2-Star Diamond (and not necessarily 3 or 4-Star) in any 13 consecutive weeks.
  • In the same example, had John also achieved the CVP of a 3 or 4-Star Diamond in the current period, he will not receive additional trips as rewards. Instead, the local market can add an appropriate reward (such as a dinner held in his honour prior to departure or return from the Executive Diamond Summit.)
  • He qualifies for the next Summit by earning CVP at his current rank and the start of the following period.
  • Extending the example above, since John starts the next qualifying period as a 4-Star Diamond, he must achieve CVP at 4-Star rank to go to the next Summit.
  • He can no longer use his 3-Star rank achieved, even though he has not attended a trip at this rank.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: If I earn 32,000 CVP growth qualification year 1 and 30,000 CVP growth qualification year 2 will I earn the Global Elite Growth incentive?
A: Yes, you earned the required 30,000 CVP in both year 1 and year 2 qualification periods.

Q: If I earn 80,000 CVP growth qualification year 1 and 10,000 CVP growth qualification year 2 will I earn the Global Elite Growth incentive?
A: No. The required 30,000 CVP growth was achieved in year 1, but in year 2 the minimum 30,000 CVP growth was not achieved.

Q: If I cannot attend the 2026 Global Elite Growth trip, can I attend the 2027 Global Elite Growth trip instead?
A: No, your incentive trip cannot be deferred.

The following questions apply to an Distributor who starts a qualification period as a 1-Star Diamond:

Q: Can I qualify for the Executive Leadership Summit if I achieve 1-Star CVP for 13 consecutive weeks during the qualification period?
A: Yes, except in the following situations:

  • If you advanced to 1-Star Diamond before July 1, 2014 you do not qualify. (The Executive Leadership Summit started on this date.)
  • If you have previously participated in a Leadership Summit at the 1-Star rank, you do not qualify.

In either situation above, you will need to advance to 2-Star Diamond and then achieve 2-Star CVP for 13 consecutive weeks to qualify.

Q: I achieved my 1-Star Diamond rank more than a year ago. Can I still qualify for the Summit by earning 1-Star CVP for 13 weeks this qualifying period?
A: Yes. Once you have achieved a new Diamond rank, you may qualify for the Summit in any year thereafter if you are still at that rank at the start of a qualification period (see exceptions in the question above).

Q: In the previous qualifying period, I advanced from Emerald Director to Diamond Director and then to 1-Star Diamond. Since I haven’t attended a Summit at the Diamond level, can I qualify this period by achieving 13 weeks at the lower Diamond CVP?
A: No. Your rank at the start of a qualification period determines your minimum qualification. Since you are a 1-Star Diamond at the start of this qualification period, you’ll need to achieve 13 weeks of 1-Star CVP to qualify.

Q: In the situation above, I would be better off waiting until after the qualification period starts before advancing to 1-Star Diamond. Doesn’t this discourage me from building my business quickly?
A: The Summit is a reward for leaders who build their businesses in a stable manner. So we assume you have a solid, Diamond+-level income before advancing to 1-Star.

Q: In the last four weeks of accumulating my 1-Star CVP for Summit qualification, I also advanced to 2-Star Diamond. Do I still qualify for the Summit?
A: Yes. The 13-week CVP requirement depends on your rank at the start of this qualification period. It’s not affected by a new rank achieved during the period.

Q: What if I achieve my 13-week 1-Star CVP, advance to 2-Star CVP, and achieve 13 weeks of 2-Star CVP all in the same qualification period? Does that qualify me for two Summits—this and the next year?
A: No, you may not “bank” Summit trips this way. To qualify for the next Summit, you’ll need to repeat your 13 weeks of 2-Star CVP sometime during the next qualification period.

PC Order Bonus

Leading with positive experiences is key to getting others interested in starting a USANA business, and we’ve launched a new initiative to help. Beginning 5 September at 4 p.m. AEST, Associates based in Australia and New Zealand will benefit from our new PC Order Bonus programme.*

This initiative delivers a rewarding experience for both new Associates and Associates dedicated to building a strong customer base. The programme is simple: Associates will now receive a bonus every time a new, personally sponsored Preferred Customer (PC) places an order.

Understanding how this initiative will benefit your business is the best way to incorporate it into your business-building strategies. Read below for more details on this exciting opportunity.

*Depending on the success of this programme, it may become permanent once the one-year trial period is complete.

PC Order Bonus

Earning Through PC Purchases

The PC Order Bonus is a way to make it easier for both current and new Associates to get paid, based off the purchases made by their PCs. This bonus will apply to every purchase your new PC makes moving forward.

PC Order Bonus Details:

  • USANA will pay a 10% bonus on every purchase made by any new, personally sponsored PC during the trial period.
  • 70% of the sales volume will roll up on these PC orders.
  • Only PCs enrolled on or after 5 September 2020 will apply to this new bonus—you will not be compensated for purchases made by PCs you enrolled before this date.
  • Both sponsor and PC must be located in Australia, New Zealand, the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Columbia, and Europe.
  • The Celavive Bonus will not apply to any new PC enrolled during this trial period. You will still receive a Celavive Bonus for any PC who enrolled before the trial who hasn’t made an initial order of Celavive product.

FAQs

What is the planned launch date for this initiative?
The launch date is Saturday, 5 September 2020 at 4:00 p.m. AEST.

Does the PC Order Bonus apply to all AU and NZ Associates?
All current AU and NZ Associates are eligible to receive the PC Order Bonus. PC Order Bonus applies only to Preferred Customers (PC) who were sponsored after the launch date and does not apply to PCs sponsored prior to the launch date.

Will qualification for commissions stay the same?
Yes, 100 points of product for 1 BC or 200 points of product for 3 or more BCs is still required to qualify for commissions.

Do PC Order Bonus commissions only apply to my new PC’s initial order, or does it count for every order they make?
Yes, it counts for every order the NEW personally sponsored PC makes. Associates will earn a 10 per cent commission on EVERY NEW personally sponsored PC product sale. The PCs you sponsored before the launch date will not count toward your PC Order Bonus commissions.

What if the Associate or PC is working with someone outside of AU & NZ?
The PC Order Bonus is a cross-border opportunity between Australia, New Zealand, the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Columbia, and Europe. This means you can take advantage of this bonus as long as you and your new, personally sponsored PC both reside in one of these participating markets.

Do points work differently when it comes to PC Order Bonus?
Yes, 70% of points will roll up on orders that are applicable to this bonus.

Is the Celavive Bonus going away?
The Celavive Bonus will not be active within market once the PC Order Bonus is implemented. To be eligible for the PC Order Bonus, the Sponsor, Preferred Customer and Product must come from a participating market. Therefore if you sponsor a PC outside of a participating market, the Celavive bonus may still apply.

Will Celavive Bonus still apply to my PCs sponsored before 5 September 2020?
Yes, you will still receive the Celavive Bonus on any of your PCs who were sponsored before this trial if they place a first-time order on Celavive products.

Do I need to be commission qualified to be eligible for PC Order Bonus?
No, you do not need to be commission qualified to receive the 10% PC Order Bonus. Any active Associate who enrols a new PC will be eligible for the PC order Bonus.

Is there a dollar amount that needs to be reached with PC Order Bonus before I will receive the commission?
Yes, you need to earn at least $20 in commissions before seeing the bonus on your financial statement. The earnings will show up as “PCO Bonus” on your statement.

What about products that don’t have SVP?
These products will not be available for PC Order Bonus.

Does Initial Order Reward remain as a perk?
As of now, Initial Order Reward will remain as is. This programme is currently being evaluated in order to determine better ways to offer incentives for USANA Associates.

Why am I seeing inconsistencies as I look through various printed and online materials that talk about the USANA business?
Because this is a trial period, you may see printed sales tools or digital platforms that reference older compensation plans. We will continue to update all this information as we move forward.

If I receive a PC Order Bonus for a PC order, will this volume count toward my PaceSetter status?
Yes. 100% of volume of the initial order will count toward your PaceSetter qualification. However, NOT all of this volume will roll up: on orders that receive the PC Order Bonus, 100% of the original volume will count towards the PaceSetter qualification. 70% of the original volume points will roll up.

How is the PC Order commission calculated?
10% of the PC Order Bonus is calculated on the tax exclusive total dollar value of the order.

Does the CVP obtained from PC Order Bonus transactions contribute toward rank advancements and the local incentive programmes (e.g. Road to Summit) in Australia and New Zealand?
Yes, in addition to the 70% SVP volume roll up, the CVP obtained from the PC Order Bonus also counts toward Rank Advancement and Incentive programmes.

Packaging Changes Mean Less Plastic Waste

Sustainability is important to us, and we know it’s important to you. That’s why we’re working hard to invest in our people, products, and the planet. Together, we can create a healthier world and a brighter future.

To commit to this vision, we have examined the ways we package products to find solutions that reduce waste while keeping the authenticity and quality you expect from USANA.

After much consideration, plastic shrink wrap will no longer be used on product bottles. Timing will vary by market and product, but you can expect to see this new sustainable packaging soon.

All product bottles will still have a safety inner seal for your protection—continuing USANA’s commitment to manufacture with world-class excellence.

Our core values—health, excellence, integrity, and community—drive every decision we make. Thank you for your support as we make sustainable changes across the globe. Please contact your local customer service team if you have any questions.

FAQs

Q. Why is USANA removing shrink wrap from its product packaging?
A. We’ve examined the ways we package products and have determined the shrink wrap creates unnecessary plastic waste. Because sustainability and environmental responsibility are important to us, we’re making this decision to better invest in our people, products, and the planet.

Q. Is this change affecting all product packaging, or just some products?
A. This change will eventually affect all products currently using shrink wrap.

Q. When will this change be implemented?
A. Timing will vary by market and product, but you can expect to see this change occur in 2022.

Q. Will removing the shrink wrap affect product potency, quality, or safety?
A. No. This change only affects product packaging, not the products themselves. All our product bottles have inner seals for your protection—this inner seal will remain.

Example #1:
Susie is an existing Associate and enrols Tom on 20 April, 2022. Susie will be eligible to receive a 10% bonus on SVP generated on any product purchases Tom makes for 12 weeks following the week Tom enrolled.

Tom has four weeks from his week of enrolment to enrol other new enrollees and earns a 10% bonus on SVP generated from their product purchases. Tom’s enrolment period for him to enrol other new enrollees is his enrolment week plus four commission weeks, which means he has from 20 April, 2022 to 20 May, 2022 to enrol others.

New enrollee Tom, enrols Sam on 1 May, 2022. Tom will now earn a 10% bonus on SVP generated on any product purchases Sam makes starting the first commission week in May and for the next 12 weeks following the date Sam enrols.

Example #2:
Ashley activates a new Associate, Melissa, on 24 April during the enrolment period. Ashley will earn a 10% bonus on SVP generated from any new product purchases Melissa makes for the next 12 commission weeks.

Example #3:
Sandra sponsors Jane, Jake, and Tom within the four-week enrolment period and places all three on her left side. Jane purchases products generating 400 SVP, Jake 300 SVP, and Tom 500 SVP during the next 2 cycles. How would we calculate their bonus ONLY?

  • 400 + 300 + 500 = 1200 SVP
  • 1200 SVP x 10% = 120
  • Sandra will earn 120 CVP
  • Do not need to balance sides – bonus pays on product purchases

Additional Programs + Apps
You’ll go the furthest with Active Nutrition when you combine the products with holistic lifestyle habits. Our resources listed above go a long way to support you and your customers on that path, and you can take it a step further with apps and devices our staff loves:

Calorie Trackers
The evidence supporting the use of calorie counting apps is mixed. Counting calories can help some and hinder others. If you have a customer who is interested in tracking their food intake and exercise, these apps can make the process easier.

  • MyFitnessPal. This app tracks your weight and calculates a recommended daily calorie intake. You can input your food into a food diary as well as input an exercise log. Its database includes more than five million foods. You can also input custom foods and dishes.
  • Lose It!. This app includes a food diary and exercise log and recommends a daily calorie intake. You can also participate in dietary challenges or create your own.
  • Cronometer. This app encourages you to “not just count your calories but to focus on your nutrition as a whole.” You can count your calories, track micro- and macro-nutrients, track intermittent fasting if that’s part of your plans, set weight goals, and more. Available in English only.

Exercise Apps
If you have the motivation to get moving but aren’t sure where to start, fitness apps can be a great resource. Whether you simply want to track your mileage, or you’re interested in yoga, Pilates, high intensity interval training, or weightlifting, these apps offer a wide variety of technology and workouts to keep you from getting bored.

  • MapMyFitness. If you’re just getting started in a fitness routine, this app is a good place to get started tracking your movements. This app is useful for those who are interested in tracking miles and calories burned walking, jogging, running, or simply moving about your day.
  • Nike Training Club. This app has workouts on-demand that are recommended to you based on the information you provide when you first log on. Workouts range from 30 to 60 minutes and have video support.
  • Sweat Deck. This app is for beginners and experts alike, since you get to choose the exercises. It’s based on a deck of 52 playing cards. You choose four exercises, one for each suit, and when a card comes up, you do as many reps as designated by the number on the card. The app has preloaded lots of exercises, and you can upload your own selections as well.
  • OpenFit. This app includes video of live fitness classes and includes a wide variety of types, including barre, circuit training, kickboxing, Pilates, strength training, yoga, and more. You can stream the classes live or choose previously recorded classes.

Fitness Trackers
Want to get a little more high tech and track your movement throughout the day? A fitness tracker—or wearable device—could be a positive addition to your wardrobe. While consistent, regular movement is most important, a wearable device can keep you accountable, and it gives you more data about your movements so you can make sure you’re on track to meet your healthy living goals. Check out these options:

  • Apple Watch and Apple Fitness+
    • Apple Watch is a fantastic, multifunctional tool for tracking your movement throughout the day. And every new Watch comes with a free trial to Apple Fitness+, featuring world-class workouts. You can also compete with friends to keep fitness fun.
  • Garmin
  • FitBit
  • Samsung Galaxy Fit
  • Wyze Band

Meal Planning
Everyone has their own dietary restrictions and preferences. Regardless of your particular diet, meal planning and prepping is an important component of establishing habits that will last a lifetime. If you need extra support in this area, these apps can lend a hand.

  • MealPrepPro. While this app isn’t free, you can try it for seven days to see if you like it before you subscribe. It offers meal plans personalized to your calorie and macronutrient needs.
  • Mealime Meal Plans. This app helps with meal planning and grocery shopping. It boasts more than 200 personalization options.
  • Yummly. This app also offers personalized meal plan recommendations and grocery store list planning support.
  • MealBoard. This app combines recipe management, meal planning, groceries, and pantry management. You can manage your recipes, ingredients, food categories, and meal types within its interface.

Sleep and Stress Management
Sleep and stress management are important parts of good health, and there are several apps available that can help with the different aspects of life that track sleep and also address your ability to get good sleep, including mental and emotional stresses.

  • Headspace. This app uses mindfulness and meditation to help with stress and anxiety.
  • Calm. This app is meant to help with sleep and meditation for better sleep, less stress, and less anxiety.
  • Sleep Cycle. This app tracks your sleep and analyzes patterns within your movements to wake you up in your lightest sleep phase. This helps you feel more rested.
