Personal Web Page Name

The URL for your web page is sitename.usana.com. There is no www. at the beginning of the site name. For example, if you named your web page frank then the URL you use is “frank.usana.com” instead of “www.frank.usana.com”.

USANA provides each Associate the opportunity to have his/her own personal website. However, to create your own website or other marketing and support materials you must adhere to USANA’s Policies and Procedures.

Personal Web Page Set Up

An Associates Personal Web Page is already set up. The Associate simply need to login and personalize their site.

A deluxe version is available with the subscription to the Business Accelerator Suite for further enhanced customization.

Personal Web Site Enrollment E-mail Notification

When an enrollment is completed through a sponsor’s personal web site, an e-mail notification will be sent to the sponsor, letting them know about the enrollment.

At no other time, neither by phone, fax, mail, or e-mail will a notification be sent to the sponsor regarding a new enrollment.

Operating a Second or Multiple Personal Web Page(s)

If a Brand Partner subscribes to the Business Accelerator Suite, they’ll receive three sites, which could give more flexibility. Log in to The Hub and go to “My Website” found under the “My Business” tab. Next, click on “Site List,” then click the “Add New Site” button, and enter the new site’s URL.

To switch between sites in the editing phase, while in edit mode on Your Personal Website, you can click on “Site List” in the lower-left corner.

Obtaining Information from Web Site Hits

Specific data on those who visit Your Personal Website is only available on a voluntary basis. By using the “Contact Me” link on your Personal Web Page, those who visit your site may voluntarily leave their contact information for you.

Information voluntarily provided on Your Personal Website will be e-mailed to the primary e-mail account registered with USANA. The information will be added to the Customer Connect report as a lead in Team Manager, as well.

Entering HTML to a Web Page

With the simplicity of using the Personal Web Pages, there is no need to use HTML in creating or editing your web page. There are no plans to make this ability available at a later date.

Editing Email Address on Your Personal Website

Your email address does not actually display on Your Personal Website unless you physically type it in a section. Submissions through the “Connect with Me” or other areas of your site are sent to the primary email address listed on your account file with USANA. This can be changed through the “Profile Manager” in the “My Account” section on The Hub.

Connect With Me

Connect With Me lets the Associate know who has visited their website and asks for specific information from the visitor; however, this information is voluntary and only available if the visitor elects to supply the information.

Notifications are sent to the Associate’s primary email address on their USANA account file.
