Associate Country Change

If an Associate is planning to move to another country, he or she must complete and submit to USANA a Country Change form along with a letter explaining the changes being requested. Associates will need to agree to USANA Terms & Policies and will be required to purchase a Welcome Kit for the new country of residence, except where prohibited by law.
