How Often Online Services Updated

Updates occur at 1AM, 6AM, 1PM, & 6PM Mountain Standard Time (MST).

New Associates will show up within 5 minutes of being signed up. New volume from an order should also show up within 5 minutes. Any other changes should show within 6 hours of the change.

Add or Edit Phone Numbers on Account

Phone number additions or edits can be done through the Profile Manager online through The Hub:

  • Log on to The Hub
  • Click on the “My Account” icon
  • Click on “Profile Manager”
  • Click on “Add/Edit Phone Numbers”

  • USANA App for Android and iPhone—a unique customer management tool to make sharing USANA from your phone simple and easy.
  • Hub App for Android and iPhone—access your back office, USANA tools, and information from anywhere.
  • Share USANA Media Center—USANA-branded social media shareables, PowerPoints, videos, and more to download and share on your own social media accounts or via email. Access it under My Business.
  • Free Business Reports—As a USANA Brand Partner, you have access to a variety of free reports that help you monitor and grow your business. These include tools like the Pacesetter Report, Preferred Customer Report, Volume Report, and more. Access them under My Business>Business Reports.

  • Two Additional Personal USANA.com Websites—create unique subdomains, add different stories, feature different favorite products, and customize each website to meet different customer needs and demographics. Can Not Access Free Trial Period of the Business Accelerator Suite

In the event that you cannot access the free trial period of the Business Accelerator Suite, please check the following:

  • That you are still within your trial period included with the purchase of the Welcome Kit or initial order product pack.
  • That your Auto Order points have not dropped below the minimum 100 PSV.
  • That you have not delayed your Auto Order (i.e., skipped a cycle or postponed your next release date beyond four weeks of your last Auto Order).
  • That the payment for your most recent Auto Order wasn’t declined.
  • That you have not returned any portion of your initial order product pack or Brand Partner Welcome Kit.
  • That no negative volume has rolled up from your account (due to returns or adjustments).

Viewing Volumes Through Team Manager

Associates may check their volumes through Team Manager, if they have subscribed to the Business Accelerator Suite, by clicking on “Volume Report.” Select the current or past commission weeks and view your volumes.

Viewing Team Above Information

USANA does have the Upline Leader/Placement Report under the “Business Reports” under the “My Business” heading on The Hub. This report will show the first Team Above leader for the Business Center. It can also tell you which of your Business Centers an individual is placed under.

Unfortunately, you are only able to view information that would specifically affect your independent business, such as your Team Below Associates and the Group Sales Volume points that are being generated. Because your Team Above does not directly affect your independent business, you are unable to view all of your direct Team Above information.

Viewing New Associates

Associates can view the number of new Associates they have either personally sponsored or that are in their team through Team Manager.

  • Log on to The Hub
  • Click on “My Business”
  • Select “Team Manager” from the “Business Reports” heading
  • Locate the “Sponsorship” report
  • Customize your report criteria under the “Display Options” heading
    • Adjusting the “Between Date” may increase or decrease the size of the report

View My Points Online

Any Associate can check their volume on The Hub:

  • Click on “My Business”
  •  Select “Team Manager” under the “Business Reports” heading

You can also check your volume any time on Team Manager if you have Business Accelerator Suite (Item #824) on your Auto Order.

To view a detailed listing of volumes, you can utilize the Sponsorship Report. Make sure you change the dates to include everyone’s sponsored downline since the day you enrolled and then add the following columns: PV Amount, Volume Left, and Volume Right. You will be able to see where the points were generated for the week.

My Top Earners Report

Associates can view the top Associates in their team below through Team Manager.

  • Log on to The Hub
  • Click on “My Business”
  • Select “Team Manager” from the “Business Reports” heading
  • Locate the “My Top Earners” report under “All Reports”
  • Customize your report criteria using the drop-down menus and filters
