Reissue Returned or Lost Compensation Checks
Stop payments are done four weeks after the check date, or five weeks after the commission is earned. The reissue of a stop payment takes approximately two to four weeks from the date a request is made. Stop payment fees are $15.00 USD*.
USANA commission checks will expire 90 days from date of issue.

*If an Associate returns a check to USANA due to expiration or other reasons, no fee is charged. If we have to stop a check with the bank, there is a fee. (USANA will wait the time needed before reissuing the check.)
Update: USANA will stop sending paper checks on December 1st, 2023. Individuals will need to set up Direct Deposit.
