Elite Bonus
When we say elite, we mean it. No other word can possibly explain the amazing reward our top income earners get every quarter. We call it the Elite Bonus because that’s what it is—the best reward for the best of the best.
And here’s how it works:
Earn a Bonus as a Top Income Earner
Each quarter, the top 60 income earners worldwide at the beginning of that quarter will receive a share of one percent of our total Sales Volume Points (SVP) earned—this shared total is usually more than $1 million per quarter! The amount you can earn depends on (a) your place in the top 60 income earners in the previous quarter, (b) the earnings from the current quarter, and (c) the absolute growth in Commission Volume Points (CVP) you achieve in the current quarter over the corresponding quarter of the prior year.
Quintile Pools
The top 60 income earners are divided into five equal quintiles based on their income rank from the previous quarter. Each quintile gets its own portion of the overall Elite Bonus pool.

Income and Growth Shares
Each quintile pool is divided into 45 shares—30 for income and 15 for growth. The twelve Associates within each quintile earn a number of “income shares” and “growth shares” as follows:
- The number of income shares is determined by the proportion of income an Associate contributes to the total income of all twelve Associates in the quintile.
- The number of growth shares is determined by the proportion of growth an Associate contributes to the total absolute CVP growth of the twelve Associates in the quintile.
Example
John, Amy, Bob, Chris, Dan, Lucy, Jane, Alex, Alan, Eve, Karla and Rose are ranked #13, #14, #15, #16, #17, #18, #19, #20, #21, #22, #23, #24 respectively in the previous quarter’s top 60 income earners list. Therefore, they share in the second quintile pool of the Elite Bonus.
Suppose our total Sales Volume for this quarter = 100,000,000 SVP
The Elite Bonus pool = 1 percent of 100,000,000 or $1,000,000
The second quintile pool = 24 percent of $1,000,000 or $240,000
And each share of the second quintile pool = $240,000 / 45 or $5333.33
If the twelve Associates above earned and grew by the amount shown below during the current quarter, their Elite Bonus will be as follows:

Here is an illustration of how we calculate the Elite Bonus for Dan (#17):
Dan’s Income Shares: 320,000 / 3,450,000 x 30 = 2.78
Dan’s Growth Shares: 30,000 / 180,000 x 15 = 2.50
Dan’s Total Shares of the second quintile pool: 2.78 + 2.50 = 5.28
Dan’s Elite Bonus: 5.28 x $5,333.33 per share = $28,174.00
