Preferred Customer Cancellations

A Preferred Customer (PC) may cancel their auto order or account at any time either over the phone by contacting Customer Service, via the e-Mail address listed on their account, or in writing by fax or mail.

Once a PC account has been cancelled, there is no restriction for a PC to become a first-time Associate or Distributor. If the PC has been an Associate or Distributor in the past, they must wait the required amount of time before re-registering as an Associate or Distributor.

Preferred Customer Commission

A Preferred Customer can not earn a commission.

Benefit of Sponsorship of a Preferred Customer

Distributors often choose not to make a retail profit when selling products to a close friend. Instead of retailing, they register their friends as PCs. This way their friends know they are getting the best prices possible for the products and they have the flexibility to manage their own orders. The Distributor does not have to deliver the products, and the volume points from the PC generates Group Sales Volume (GSV).

Auto Order Requirements

Being on Auto Order is not a requirement for Preferred Customers, Affiliates, or Associates.

The only requirement to keep an Auto Order active is having at least one item listed on the order.

Athlete Sponsorship Process

USANA typically becomes aware of athlete sponsorship opportunities through Associates in the U.S., Canada, and other countries. If an athlete is interested, they can apply for product sponsorship.

To apply, athletes must fill out the sponsorship form. This form can be found at www.usanaathletes.com by selecting “Join USANA Athletes.”

Completed applications are taken before a review board that considers the nature of the request, how much product is requested, the level of competition of the athlete, what the opportunity is for USANA to help the athlete improve their health, and the potential ability for the partner Associate to take advantage of business-building opportunities as a result of the relationship.
