Receipts for Payments with EFT

EFT’s are electronically processed and no stub is printed. Your packslip is your receipt.

Product Credit or Vouchers

Product vouchers are credits added to an individual’s USANA account and can be utilized as payment for USANA products. These vouchers are sometimes given to Associates as a reward for completing a USANA incentive or promotion or as payment because the individual returned products.

Associates can redeem their available product credits during the checkout process, either online or through customer service, for one-time orders. They may not be redeemed for Auto Orders since Auto Orders naturally reoccur.

Individuals are responsible for paying taxes, shipping and handling fees, and any remaining balance exceeding the product credit available should the new order total exceed the amount of the voucher.

Procedures When Receiving Someone Else’s Order

If you have received someone else’s order, please contact Customer Service at CustomerService@USANA.com or by calling 888-950-9595. They will research the issue further and assist with a correction. 

Procedure for Order That is Delayed or Has Not Been Received

In the event that you have not received an order within 10 business days of its shipment date, please contact customer service. They will be able to research the issue further and help find a resolution.

Preferred Pricing

The Preferred Price is the everyday price offered to USANA customers. This price is for all orders, including online orders and orders placed through a USANA office. All Brand Partners, Affiliates, and Preferred Customers will receive this price.

If you choose to purchase your products on Auto Order, you save an additional 10 percent off the Preferred Price on qualifying products.

Payment with Check or Money Order

When placing a Will Call order, checks and money orders may be used at the time of purchase.
 
If you are not placing a Will Call order, please contact Customer Service. Please indicate to the Customer Service representative that you wish to send in an order request along with your check or money order. They will give you the total amount of the order you want to place (including tax and shipping) so that you can write the check for the correct amount. Please mail both the order request and your check or money order to the address listed on the order form. Once your request is received, your order will be processed. 

 

Paying for Will Call Orders

A Will Call order must be paid for before our Will Call staff can pack the order and prepare it for pick up.

Ordering Products Without Being an Associate or Preferred Customer

Individuals who do not want to enroll as Associates, Affiliate Marketers, or Prefered Customers may order products as Retail Customers. They can purchase product directly from a USANA Associate, through the online shopping cart of an Associate’s personal USANA website, or through www.usana.com.

Order Confirmation Email

If you sign up online with an email address, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes an order number, purchase total, and PC or Associate number. Existing customers who place orders through customer service will also receive an email if you have a valid email address on your account file.
